Born in Annapolis, Maryland, January 13, 1947.
Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Photography Studies: San Francisco State
and The University of California at Berkeley.
Appeared in numerous group shows in The San Francisco Bay Area.
Moved to Joshua Tree, California in March 2000.
Co-owner of Spin and Margie's Desert Hide-a-Way.

Statement

My photographs are primarily about the desert landscape. I continually challenge myself to see 'the familiar' in a unique way. Recently I've been working on series at the Big Morongo Wildlife Preserve and Joshua Tree National Park. The look of some of these photographs is inspired by the Landscape painters of the 18th and 19th Century.
